Attack Goal
Divide participants into groups of 4. Then, combine two groups of 4 to create a group of 8.
In the group of 8, create a circle alternating position in the circle between each team (e.g., around the circle Player from Team A, then Player from Team B, etc).
Once in the circle, the participants put their feet about shoulder width apart with the outside of their foot against their neighbours foot.
Using a soft sponge ball, players attempt to strike a ball with their hand between an opposing team member's legs. Players must maintain contact with their neighbour's foot beside them at all time. A goal can be disallowed if a foot is not in contact with a neighbours' foot.
Players can defend their "goal" by striking a ball away. A ball can not be caught, rather only a striking skill with the hand is allowed.

Participants sit on the ground with their legs spread wide open and the gap between their legs is the goal, which they need to defend with their hands
Add a pylon between the feet and the object is to try and knock over a player's pylon
Add more balls

What type of shots are most difficult to defend?
Try to be "tricky" (e.g., look one way but shoot the other) when shooting on net so that the defender does not know where you are shooting.
Add spin to the ball when taking a shot

For those with limited mobility, change the game so that everyone must only use one hand to throw and block or allow individuals to use an implement (e.g., a stick) to protect their space.

Life Skills Development
Decision-Making and Critical Thinking Skills

What was it that made your team successful?

Why is it important to play fair? Was there consequences in the game that prevented others from playing unfair?

Where have you felt outside of sport that people do not obey the rules? Have you ever felt that fair play does not matter?

Why do we make guidelines / rules / laws in games? In school? At home? In our own lives?
