Tactical Focus:
Consistency
Three targets will be placed on the wall 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small.
The large target will be worth 1 point, the medium worth 3 and the small target will be worth 5.
A hoop will be placed 2 meters away from the wall. This is where the thrower will be standing.
Each group of 3 or 4 will be playing against another group of 3 or 4.
The object of the game is within 3 minutes to collect as many points as a team as possible by hitting the targets with a ball.
Number each player off. Players then take turns striking the ball against the wall while having at least one foot in a hoop or on a line shared by all team members. Players can move outside the hoop or line, but they must always strike the ball with one foot in the hoop or on the line.
Players can choose to volley the ball by hitting it off a bounce or they may choose to catch the ball and then strike it out of their hand.
When the time is up each team will tally up their total points and which ever team has the highest score wins.
Groups will rotate around the gym allowing them to compete against other teams.

Before sending the ball back towards the target, pass the ball to each member of the team and the last person sends it towards the target.
Instead of taking turns, have one person go at a time for 1 minute durations while the other teammates help retrieve the ball. Total up the combined score of each person to determine a team score.

What happens to your accuracy when you try to rush your shot due to the time pressure?
Accuracy decreases. Try to think of some mental strategies to avoid rushing shots and taking your time.
